Pushing your limits- It’s “Intentional” Monday!
What limits of your own have you pushed lately? A friend and I went hiking yesterday. For me, it was the first time in a long while. A challenge? Yup! Did she push me a bit? Maybe a little, but it was more (for me) about getting in better condition, so pushing past the initial fatigue was important!

Constant improvement!
This last few weeks have been about improving my craft and my environment. I spoke last month to taking additional coaching for craft work (to improve both commercial reads and corporate “teller/explainer” work).
My spare time this entire week has been improving my green screen technology use. I have an example in the video.
